Terms of Service

I understand that ongoing physical therapy and wellness services are provided as a recurring service agreement that includes services such as, but not limited to, individualized exercise programming, video evaluations, clinical guidance, and text/phone communication.

I understand that if I choose to discontinue ongoing care, I must explicitly request cancellation by contacting Brandon Launstein. Failure to complete exercises, attend appointments, respond to messages, or use the provided resources does not automatically cancel my plan.

I understand that billing will continue according to the terms of my selected plan until cancellation is requested and confirmed. Temporary inability to complete my program, scheduling conflicts, travel, or periods of limited or non-participation do not automatically qualify for refunds, credits, or extensions.

At the discretion of Brandon Launstein, clients may request a temporary pause of services for significant life circumstances. A pause does not occur automatically and must be approved before billing is modified.

The initial week of care is eligible for a refund if requested prior to the next scheduled billing date (7 calendar days after the initial payment). After the next billing period begins, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by Brandon Launstein.

If I experience circumstances that affect my ability to participate, I agree to contact Brandon Launstein to discuss available options.
