My dream goal with Function Fix is to create a low back rehab system that combines the best elements of the various low back rehab "methods" (McGill method, chiropractic, strength-based, etc.) and to share the system for free so people can "DIY" the PT process, from self-diagnosis to self-treatment.

Every Root Cause of Back Pain Explained
Rather than getting lost in a sea of diagnoses like arthritis, disc herniations, muscle spasms, etc. I instead find it more beneficial to view back pain through the lens of the 5 underlying factors that cause all of these diagnoses.
