Function Fix vs Other PT Models

The Function Fix PT model is shaped by my experience as a military physical therapist.

In the military, the goal of PT is to get people back to duty A) as fast as possible, and B) in as few appointments as possible.

Because this approach is very different from most rehab options, I created a page to show how Function Fix compares to:

1. In-person PT, and

2. DIY online apps & programs

Strava is the only "social media" I have.

On it I log my cardio, strength training, injury prevention, and mobility work.
